"This place is very nice. The staff is extremely kind and all of them seemed genuinely happy. The food was some of the best I have ever had. To put more perspective, we ate at a Michelin star restaurant in Amsterdam a few days before arriving in Morrocco. The chef at the Riad Dar Alfarah could easily hold her own against a Michelin star chef, it was that good. We ordered the Lamb and the Moroccan Pastilla. "

"The Riad and the staff at Hikaya were wonderful. The space is an oasis of calm in a bustling city. Beautifully decorated and serene, with a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the Moroccan sun. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful (so many pastries) and had variety everyday. The staff were a perfect balance of always being available but also left you to enjoy the peace! Nada and Wadia and all the staff were super welcoming and we would return in a heartbeat x"

"Not a true riad...no garden, no open area to the roof, only a very small fountain in the eating area. There were no management members on premises and when I attempted to check out it took over 1 hour to straighten out a bill (with the help of Hotels.com) as I had already prepaid the entire stay but the workers there said I only paid a small deposit. The riad was a beautiful building to stay in within the enchanting kasbah and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A generous breakfast was offered very morning on the glorious rooftop. We got a very small and very dark room with a small window facing some back ruins while our friends got a room which was twice bigger, brighter, with a nicer bathroom and view for the same price.
