"After Hurricane Helene, our Vrbo was destroyed along with the town of Chimney Rock, NC. We scrambled to find something with the amenities we were used to (mountains, hot tub, views, river, fireplace). This place filled the bill. Beautiful property with direct access to the Chattahoochee and hiking. Close to Helen, GA for shopping, dining and waterfalls. The only negative that we found was that the beds were super firm. May want to bring your own pillow topper."

"This is such a beautiful house! There are so many details that make it cozy; you will feel at home the minute you enter. It is super clean, has everything you need, including a brand new washer & dryer. There is a huge deck out back to enjoy the leaf color, grill or just enjoy being outdoors. "This home was amazing!!! We had a 3-day family T-Day celebration with a group of 11 including 5 kiddos under 6. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything needed to support our Thanksgiving feast. Beds and linens were comfortable. The outdoor spaces were spacious and safe for kiddos. The home had so much charm and character. We had an incredible stay 😍"

"Beautiful home and well appointed. The river view is just great with the sound of water sitting on the balcony. Great trip for our family of 15. Everyone enjoyed the stay and area. "

"Great property, a lot of space, host was amazing! Only thing to mention which is completely my fault is it is pet friendly and smells like dog, you especially smell next to rugs or fabric items because the home primarily has wood floors. I personally don’t like dog smell and it bothered both of us, again the property and host are amazing! Just a note for others like us. I saw pet friendly, but didn’t put it together! Great location as well! The beds were very clean and did not smell like pets!"

"We stayed here during August with four adults and four kids. We were very comfortable in this modern house with very nice furnishings. The AC was excellent. The house is perfectly situated, with a huge yard leading to the lake. There is an awesome firepit in the backyard, and we roasted marshmallows and made smores, the kids loved it. "This house was super clean. Kitchen is well-stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Owner paid attention to small details to make this a comfortable stay. Easy to contact the owner. Close to Cornelia, Dahlonega, and Helen, as well as waterfalls. We had a great stay."

"Everything was good and it’s a great place to stay everything but the parking there’s no parking when you have a boat with you so we had to do the best that we could. We appreciate you letting us rent the house for you on Thanksgiving. That’s our tradition. We usually go to the lake and they fish and we have Thanksgiving dinner so we sure do appreciate it.
