"This was the perfect location to house our son’s groomsmen and immediate family, as well as hold his rehearsal dinner. It was remote and quiet but still only 20 minutes from the church and 15 minutes from the reception. The groomsmen, mainly young military men, were able to reconnect as they enjoyed the huge game room. We had plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and appropriate for any occasion. The host was wonderful to work with and provided great tips before we arrived. "

"Our family of 10 had the most wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at the Lake Ranch. This home is updated, super clean, and full of "toys" to entertain, regardless of the weather. To think that one could have a lakefront property AND farm animals too! So much fun! You'll find corn hole, ping pong, electronic basketball, giant Jenga, a hot tub and a sauna. "After Hurricane Helene, our Vrbo was destroyed along with the town of Chimney Rock, NC. We scrambled to find something with the amenities we were used to (mountains, hot tub, views, river, fireplace). This place filled the bill. Beautiful property with direct access to the Chattahoochee and hiking. Close to Helen, GA for shopping, dining and waterfalls. The only negative that we found was that the beds were super firm. May want to bring your own pillow topper."

"A group of us ladies traveled from all over and stayed to attend a ministry training. The owner was accommodating and prompt. Take note that the pathway to house is a little steep if you have anyone with limitations. And the coffee pot is a 5cup so if you need larger I would reach out to host as I’m sure he would meet your needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
