"Chateau Elan is extremely beautiful. Everyone at the resort is nice and accommodating. The Pub on grounds had terrible customer service each time we went. The waiters never engaged with us and service was non existent. "

"After Hurricane Helene, our Vrbo was destroyed along with the town of Chimney Rock, NC. We scrambled to find something with the amenities we were used to (mountains, hot tub, views, river, fireplace). This place filled the bill. Beautiful property with direct access to the Chattahoochee and hiking. Close to Helen, GA for shopping, dining and waterfalls. The only negative that we found was that the beds were super firm. May want to bring your own pillow topper."
