"Very clean house and quiet area. Nice view of the backyard, however there’s no view and no access to Lake Lanier. Not much to do on the property except walking on a quiet and newly paved subdivision street. Thank you for the Keuric cup, cream and sugar. "

"Sent wife, kids, and sister in law & nephew to game weekend. They raved about this house. Walking distance to restaurants, campus, stadium, shopping. Clean bedrooms. Clean kitchen. Thanks a million! "

"I was under the impression that I had the entire house because it states that on the website. Besides the dog barking everything else was great. The decor, cleanliness and fragrance were top tier. "

"Location can't be beat. the place is new and very nicely appointed. Chase was excellent at communicating and the few things that need to be addressed as a new place will be. Will definitely stay again."

There is plenty of seating in the open living room.

"Our group had 3 adults and 4 kids and we were comfortable. There were plenty of space to sleep and lounge around. The back deck is also a lovely spot for morning tea or evening relaxation. The cottage is a short drive into town, Toccoa Falls, and nearby restaurants. It is obvious that the family host put a lot of love and care into the cottage. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host family offering to show their farm animals to our kids. Overall, it was a memorable experience!"

Great Room View from the Top Floor Queen Bedroom

"Five of us met up for a long awaited and much needed girls weekend. The cabin was the perfect place to serve as our launching off point. It was spacious, well appointed and overall amazing. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and got us the information we needed quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend!"

Spectacular Open views w/ amazing sunset views

"The property was super and we had great view of the lake. The house was clean and comfortable. Joanie was very responsive and helpful. We especially enjoyed the indoor fireplaces on the cool nights. "

"This is a nice large home that is very spacious. A good neighborhood close to the water but no public access. The initial walk in smells old/musty but wasn’t noticeable after the initial entrance. A couple closet door handles just fell off and the patio lights were working but the owners responded quickly and are aware. All in all a good home in a good location and I would stay again. "

"Quiet neighborhood, away from hustle and bustle, yet close to town. Steep driveway. Only issue we had on cleanliness was some glue traps in kitchen for bugs and they proved to be needed. An exterminator can fix that."

"Pros: Central location to restaurants & stores, easy to find in the dark, close to UGA, overall nice house, cozy front porch, nicely decorated, ease of parking, availability of appliances & supplies (coffee pods, soap, etc), nice neighborhood, outdoor trash can Cons: mattresses were very, very uncomfortable (all 3 of us had sore backs the next mornings), extremely loud, (across the street was a frat house & we were behind what appeared to be fraternity & sorority row), didn't feel it was 100%...

"Location was amazing.. peaceful, and quiet. Inside the cabin was perfect. Everything we needed, super clean and cozy.. loved the entire ace. More directions once on the gravel road. We were unsure if we were still going to the right place. My only comment would be there should be more"

"This 2 bed 1.5 bath is a perfect place to relax, kayak, fish or just enjoy beautiful Lake Hartwell. The kitchen is well equipped, there are 2 big screen TVs and an ample deck looking over the lake. Downstairs is a Ping Pong table we spent a lot of time on. Nice little walk way down to the lake. Kayaks are provided. We will be back."
