Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. Minor issues with the room where the shower was not draining properly, but was still able to freshen up. "We stayed at Colson House as we were attending a gig at Patterns. It was really close to the venue which was great. We had a couple of days to explore Brighton and it was lovely staying at Colson House. Everything was walkable from the hotel, we walked to the lanes, the pier and the train station easily. There were regular busses on the road that the hotel is on so it was really easy to get about. We had a problem with the tv in our room but someone came out really quickly and sorted it out. We...
