"Excellent location for guests who have no mobility issues. It's a short walk to the center of town with many restaurants and tourist attractions. Return to the hotel has 1.5 blocks of steep incline. Parking is first come, first served. Arrive by late afternoon to secure a space near your room. Service is what elevates this property to a high level. Every encounter we had with staff exceeded our expectations and proved to be helpful. From regulating the room temperature to doing laundry to dining with ease. "

"A wee walk to the heart of Queenstown CBD but in a great quiet location. We got the lake view and it also had the gondola view too so was a great spacious unit. Would stay here again for sure and was good value for money. "
