"The hotel was out from the city centre but was on a bus route to get into Hereford so we left the car in their free carpark and went shopping and watched the rugby. Lovely area and the views were fantastic from the hotel dining rooms. There was new menu starting yesterday and the choice of meals were very good. "I loved this hotel. Its quirky, but in a lovely way. And i was lucky to be upgraded, so i had a suite with a separate shower room and a roll top bath. The selection of wines/drinks/snacks in the room were of good quality, and whilst i did not consume, due to work commitments, i would in the future. The restaurant attached served lovely, locally sourced food at a reasonable price. And the location of the hotel meant you were walking distance into town, and 20 minutes walk from the train...

"A beautiful hotel in a great location. Christmas decorations were lovely too - class! The parking options were very good. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were helpful and welcoming. This is our favourite place to stay in Cheltenham. We will be back!"
