"Bakucha is a nice weekend hotel. it has a vineyard next to the hotel, and they give you daily tours and wine tasting classes. Bakucha is a kid friendly hotel and not for couples. Breakfast and dinner is included in the rate. Food is not 5 star but ok. "

"The best part of your stay here are the hosts - super friendly and knowledgeable. The place itself is old, so hallways and rooms have an antique feel to them. The location is outstanding with less than 5 minute walk to some of the most amazing attractions in Istanbul. There are 100s of good restaurants and shops literally next door. Breakfast is okay and it can be a bit noisy at night, but the price makes it a good deal."

"The staff was really friendly, but it would have been better if they spoke proper English. The area around the hotel was really terrible and there was an early construction sites just next to the hotel. The smoke sensor in the room was covered with plastic tape so people can smoke!! which was really not safe"

"A flying visit of 20hrs in the city so I chose this hotel for location near some of the tourist attractions. Arrived late but check in was quick. Was up early and skipped breakfast to go for a run. Came back to find the lock on my room had stopped working. Changed key twice but eventually maintenance had to come. Otherwise a decent stay, if a little lacking in space in the room. "
