"This is an amazing property, we are in hotels 100 days of the year and this was a great property, especially for Turkey. Great view, decor, the private pool was hot enough to use even when it was raining. Stayed in a few other properties in this town and by far this was the best. Good simple breakfast served right to our door and was hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Very patient we had a late arrival due to traffic problems and they were still there waiting and friendly. "Stayed at the villa Ria for a week four adults two with mobility issue one in wheelchair. The villa is fantastic besutiful gardens pool is fantastic comunication with the owner and the manager was excellence everything you need in a holiday it is about a 10 min wslik to the nestest shops and bars to far for my husband to walk but our friends with the wheelchair we ok we just got a taxi no problem i would definitely recommend Villa Ria its in a peaceful area but clise enough to all the amenities ...

"House is nice and big. Pool is cold. Blankets thin. The pool is a little noisy and you could hear and see the cars on the highway which was actually kind of entertaining. Setting was peaceful. Soap would be helpful and batteries needed in Klima remote but a/c works well. Furniture was nice inside and out. Overall very clean and we enjoyed it wish we could’ve stayed longer."

"Property was very spacious with good views of Alanya and Kestel. Arrived at Villa after eleven hours travelling. It would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water, tea or coffee and a snack as a welcome pack. Arrived on Saturday, had issues with water supply and electricity during stay. Not able to flush toilets, have showers, wash clothes or dishes."

Mehmet, the property manager, is a star - arranging airport transfers, water delivery and anything else you may need.
