"We had an unforgettable stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul during our first trip to Turkey with my parents (both in their 70s). The staff were warm, flexible, and incredibly helpful — from guiding us around the property to helping us book dinner at their Michelin-awarded restaurant with great vegetarian options. The pool and gym were spotless and serene, and the in-house jewelry store was a hidden gem — we left with five beautifully crafted pieces thanks to the knowledgeable owner. The highlight? They surprised us with framed photos of our family taken from my Instagram post, along with a handwritten letter. Such a thoughtful, above-and-beyond gesture. We can’t wait to come back!"

It’s not far from Okan University Hospital, and public transportation is nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. The breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse, with options for all tastes.
