"The place was clean and comfortable to stay at. The staffs spoke English and offered excellent service! The hotel has a laundry room where you can do your own or you can use their laundry services. It was close to subway and bus stops so it was easy to travel around the city. There is also a 7-Eleven next to it so it is very convenient if you need something. We enjoyed our stay and don't have any complaints."

"Family suite was very large. 5 people and a lot of luggage. Plenty of space for suit cases and enough beds for 2 parents and 3 kids. The beds are very firm. Not comfortable. One of the twin beds felt like sleeping on the floor. 2 bathrooms but no soap next to sink. Great breakfast place below hotel. Security in hotel is very good. Very nice and clean and a bit fancy. "

"I stayed in executive tower. The service and reception was outstanding. The room was beautiful and was 120V ready so I don’t need a converter. The restaurants and bars at the hotel were phenomenal. Since I was in the heart of Seoul and Lotte shopping mall, everything was so convenient. The subway was on the corner of the street or you can have direct access through the hotel! Shopping and dining galore!! "
