"The cleaning conditions in the hotel was awful. Dust and dirt everywhere. The reception service was also bad. Strange guys (not dressed of hotel staff) who don't speak English well are always at their smartphones. Elevators smell terrible. If I don't change my hotel to another my opinion about Korea could be nightmare because of this hotel. No breakfast, no late check out, no any services. Awful "

"This was my first time in Korea, and Marinabay made it so comfortable! There is a convenience store located in the lobby that came in handy when I got hungry, but there is also breakfast provided but you have to register for it about a day before.
