"Arriving on a cold January afternoon, you might expect the heating to be working. Unfortunately, it was not. There was an oil filled convector heater in place of the malfunctioning air con, but it wasn’t left on. The room measured a chilling 12 degrees on arrival and after an hour, I had to contact reception to have them organise another 2 convector heaters to bring the temperature up to a reasonable level. "Friendly staff and clean big rooms. Between T1 and T2 and convenient for a one day stay while waiting to catch a national or an international flight. Connections to both terminals via a covered walkway. Good restaurant and 12pm checkout. Essentially everything I look for in an airport hotel."

Great Location and Value

"Great location right over the road from Piccadilly. Really comfy bed and nice sized rooms. All the basic amenities. Lobby, lounge and bar looked really nice, although didn't get chance to enjoy them. Will definitely have it as my go-to whenever I'm in Manchester again"
