"We had the most wonderful stay in the hotel, largely thanks to the wonderful staff and their customer-first attitude. There was some problem with the reservation and they took full control of the situation, checked us in and dealt with the admin part in the meantime. The room. Was beautiful and all the meals we had very high quality with plenty of choices.
