"The gem of this hotel is the staff. Service was exceptional in all areas. We had a few issues with the room. The safe did not work and water was cold but these were immediately rectified. Staff in all departments were so friendly and professional. The only thing that would stop me going back to this hotel is the noise from the adjoining rooms. "Meeting point for a family/friends get together to see a show at the AO arena as some from up north and some from down south. Cannot fault anything about our stay will definitely be back."

"Overall nice and clean with a very cofmortable bed, as expected, but it took me an hour to find the kettle which was hidden away under the desk and quite difficult to access. No indication ftom reception staff or in the rokm as to where it was hidden. Big black mark for this one, especially in Manchester!"

"Great location for the AO Arena, and to walk into the city. Smooth check in and a nice refurbed room. A lovely addition is access to swimming pool/spa etc. Could have been cleaner, but would definitely return. "

"Hotel is in a good location, easy to walk to main amenities.. The staff are very smart and attentive, particular thanks to Gary who is wonderful we got a lovely welcome from the him when we arrived. Also Kyan looked after us on reception. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Room was comfy and good facilities. We used the Spa which is really nice with a good sized pool. Would definitely recommend."
