"From our arrival to our departure, we had a great time at Gotham Hotel in Manchester. We booked it as a treat for our 7th anniversary. Upon checkin we found out due to over booking, our already nice Gotham suite had been upgraded to the Burgess room, which was just that bit nicer. All free of charge of course. "The bar and eating area above the bar as you enter was very unique. The extra areas made for sitting and eating was very cool. The upstairs bar/balcony was so beautiful! Everything about this hotel amazed us. The room we stayed in was a 2 story room with a balcony looking over the living room area. It was very awesome and had a rustic feel to it. We fell in love with every aspect of this hotel! It made our honeymoon the best."

"Really lovely staff. Excellent location close to Piccadilly gardens, the train station and shopping areas. Discounted parking at Citi Park which is within a two minute walk of the hotel, details are on the hotel's website. Our room was very well appointed and included armchairs and a marshall speaker but had suffered some damp (dehumidifier in room) but wasn't an issue whilst we were there. "It was a genuinely pleasant hotel to stay in. It's located centrally to the area I was visiting and is within perfect walking distance to the nearby shopping and attractions as well as the canal street and bars. The rooms were very clean and I have never had such a great room and bathroom, for both commodities and layout. The only let down was the window wouldn't open and the Aircon wouldn't go below 17°c which made for some warm nights."
