"The property itself is very nice and well maintained. I did have a small issue at check-in. I had booked a king size bed and when I got to my room I noticed I had been given a full size bed. I went to reception and they fixed the issue within ten minutes. Their showers are very slippery so I would caution people with mobility issues. "Have to use your room card to call lift on ground floor-good for security but a bit of a faff. Bedroom and bathroom were clean but note on thermostat said filter needed changing and it looked black. I didn't need towels or bed changing but think rooms could be checked to see if milk and teabags etc need topping up. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and hash browns were hot and replenished quickly unlike alot of places"
