If you do not mind the patient of the well run transportation to and from haram - which understandably because of volume of people tests your patience even as it is safe - this is one of the best places you can stay in Makkah in my experience. Customer service is top notch and the hotel is clean and the management very proactive. They use social media well and got in touch with me even before I arrived to confirm my arrival and confirm my checked in ahead of time. Very smooth.
