"Booked in June 2024 for an April 2025 stay. Upon arrival, 230pm, room was not ready or even selected for me yet. Others were checking in, but I was unable to. Didn't know until about 4pm when I called to follow up to see if I had a room was I informed I was all set. Was concerned I'd be walked. Once I was in the room, everything was fine. "This property was only two stories high which made it easy to get around. The staff were very friendly. My only critique is that I felt the bed was too hard. Apart from that the room had a large refrigerator, breakfast was great and we had access to some food and drinks all the time, which was very convenient. The bathroom, although small, had a great shower."
