I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights upon checkin I was charged twice once by Expedia and 2nd by the hotel I wanted to ensure I was correct so I went to the front desk the next morning and the hotel reversed the charges the room was very tired but was clean. Unfortunately it was all down hill from there our first morning we went to the elevator and there was garbage piled along the wall by the elevator then we went down to breakfast at 8:45 (breakfast till 10) and we were told they ran out of food. We were told it would be 30 mins till the manager was going to bring more food. We waited about 40 mins and they did bring some bagels and English muffins some eggs that served about 6 people and some sausage there was alot of hanger people. We left the hotel for the day ran and once we arrived the garbage was still there and began to smell. The next morning was our checkout when we went to go down stairs the garage was still sitting there and had a horrible smell thankfully there was breakfast when we went to the front desk to check out the lady at the desk was not helpful at all we asked if there would be any compensation for no breakfast on the Saturday and her answer was there is nothing in your chart so no and when we complained about the garbage her answer was you can email hotel manager. It was a very disappointing stay as this hotel is run by the Hilton and is not Hilton standards at all.
