"Simple old school Naples home. All the basics and very clean. The Moorings is where you want to be. It’s a duplex but built so well we never heard anything. Wonderful mattresses, great floor plan. The location was outstanding and the house had everything we needed. Before we even arrived, Beau was incredibly proactive in communicating a potential issue with the pool heater and even preemptively issued a refund for heater fee for any inconvenience. "This property was exactly what was stated in the listing. The pictures are accurate and up to date. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous and it's located in a prime location. The only thing negative I will say is that you can tell it's a rental. The refrigerator bottom freezer handle is broken and missing. Some of the dresser drawers are broken. There are a few other items that I noticed but none affected our stay enough to not give it 5 stars. "

"Owners were very helpful and responsive to questions. Even though there was construction on the road, the location was close enough to the beach for walking and driving. Many restaurants and shopping nearby as well. Our grandchildren, ages 3 and 11 months, enjoyed the pool and beach. The home was perfect for our adult children and the little ones. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. "

"Several issues. Most were resolved by a very responsive host. It is not private as the host lives on site and uses half the driveway for a work truck and visitors. The pool area is under camera surveillance 24 hours/day. The AC is controlled by host and is not separate from cabanas. One evening we heard the host having friends over and they were loud enough that we left the property. Our guests that had planned to stay with us were not comfortable with the camera and made other arrangements."
