"We were originally scheduled to stay on Treasure Island but Hurricane Helene forced them to be closed so we made plans 2 days before flying out. So glad we did. Lots of damage everywhere but we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay at the resort and especially loved visiting with Amy in the office."

"We loved our stay at Breakers West. The condo was beautiful, loved the decor. The beach was so close, we had such a nice time. Elevator not working so be prepared to get your steps in going to the third floor. We didnt mind"

"Property was exactly as advertised and after a brief entry issue (quickly addressed by owners) we had an enjoyable two week stay. Great proximity to beaches and restaurants/shopping. On a busy road but U-turns easy to negotiate. Would have preferred an indoor eating/game table as enclosed patio was mosquito accessible and I’m a mosquito magnet. Nice warm pool and plenty of parking including a garage. Would consider staying again when visiting the area."

"We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property."

"Hubby and i got away for the Labor Day weekend! Condo was lovely, very well-appointed, clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach which was beautiful and we ate lots of yummy local seafood. Highly recommend this unit!"

"This was our first trip to Sanibel since Ian and we were excited but a little apprehensive too. This rental couldn’t have been any better for our return. Steve checked in with us throughout and we had no problems. The unit is just as pretty as it looks in the listing. Bonus: the shelling and dolphin sightings were spectacular!"

A dining table for 4, reclining chaise and fan to keep the breeze flowing, create a pretty great space to spend an afternoon!

"The unit is nice but many of the furnishings are dated and worn. The king size bed is lumpy and sags a lot on the side nearest the bathroom. The shower handle in the master bathroom comes off easily and we noticed that this was previously mentioned in another review and clearly not fixed. I sent an email to bring it to the attention on the management in case they missed it. Not being able to set the A/C below 74 is miserable. "We enjoyed the location of this condo. Walked everywhere. The condo is small, but very practical. It had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was great. Denise made sure to accommodate our requests. Our kid enjoyed the swimming pool in the complex. The description of the condo is accurate. The beds were comfortable, the car parking space was super helpful, and the property was clean."
