Beautiful property- room and bathrooms were very nice. Staff was great, enjoyed the rooftop bar. Pool was not open as the hotel just opened for guests a few weeks ago. Will definitely stay there again.

The property is brand new. All of the staff was very nice and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious and our view of the river and the ground pool was amazing.

The Hotel was beautiful. All of the employees were amazing. This is a brand new hotel and while there were a few unfinished touches that they were working on, it was a great stay all around. The beds were very comfortable and whatever smell they pipe into the lobby is amazing. I would/will definitely stay again when I am in the area.

This hotel just opened 1/12/25 . We could not use the pool because it needed to go through an inspection. But , they did not charge us resort fees. It’s clean and new and still a lot of workers finishing jobs. But, it was a very nice stay.

Everything was great over all other than housekeeping. The housekeeping staff needs a lot of work. We had to ask everyday for our room to be cleaned and restocked and even then it wasn’t cleaned and never restocked. Had to ask for extra towels everyday as well as clean glasses and coffee mugs as well as coffee. Poop staff were great as well as front desk and concierge’s.

This is a brand new property, which was evident by the ongoing construction in the hallways. Staff said they were fully open, but I’ve also seen they’re still in a soft opening phase. Rooms were spacious and equipped with nice touches. The soap in the bathrooms smells amazing! And the robes in the rooms were extra luxurious! Only a few minor issues- the door seemed to have an issue latching properly (I had to close it forcefully to lock), the road to enter the property wasn’t finished, and the rooftop music was very loud pretty late in the evening. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d stay at the property again.

The Perry has only been open a few weeks so there are a few kinks but overall a lovely hotel. The room was boutique like with comfortable bedding and a great shower. Beautiful pool area with plenty of seating and comfy lounge areas with firpits. Great bar area gives you the resort feel and their strawberry daiquiri was fantastic. Awesome rooftop pool and bar was a great place to watch the sunset and have a cooktail. The Tigress restaurant looked nice but we were unable to get a reservation. We got to the hotel at 1 and they said we could use the pool and amenities and they would call us when our room was ready at 4. At 5:30 they finally came to find us to get into our room. They were so apologetic about the wait they comped us our food and drink at the pool and gave us a 2 hour late check out the next day, for free. Excellent service.
