"This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. "

"Nothing unique, stayed before. Nice chill out areas near the pool areas. Sadly, cliental seems to use the hostel as a party hostel, people drifting in the rooms early hours of the morning, disturbing people sleeping and then those coming in late wanting to sleep in the day time."

"This was our first stay at a Melia Hotel, and we booked a junior suite at 'The Level'. The service was excellent, so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much. The benefits of the Level such as the exclusive pool, lobby, breakfast restaurant, drinks and snacks was definitely worth the upgrade. I'll certainly look for this brand again. "
