"Great location if you want to be away from the crowds. The villa is clean, spacious and comfortable affording fabulous views across the Atlantic Ocean to La Gomera. The villa is located in Las Moraditas which is very quiet and around 1.5 miles (2.4 km) up the mountain from Adeje. There you will find 3 large supermarkets, restaurants and bars. A car is advisable as the road is steep and winding. Allessandro is a first class host and will promptly take care of any issues that may arise. "

Private Pool with Extraordinary Views of the Ocean & La Gomera.

"We had an amazing holiday and just loved Villa Flora. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The Villa is slightly behind gates off the main road giving privacy, but is in the centre of everything. The supermarket is right there, with others around, bars and restaurants are right there and lots of choice. Everything was clean, comfortable, easy to find and communication was painless - so easy to ask a question and quick replies. We all really enjoyed the stay and will come again. "

"4 couples and our son spent 5 nights in a beautiful villa ..Sparkling clean, comfortable, and really spacious and cozy. Place is a gem with all amenities you can think off . Even surrounding by other villas the area is very quiet . Decent size pool with at least 7 maybe more sunbeds (just did not count) and billiard table for folks who like to play pool. All bedrooms (air conditioned) are large with wardrobes and 4 have private showers and bathrooms. Villa also has large living area with 2 big...

"We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Villa to other larger groups and extended families. The Villa is well situated for walking to all areas around Costa Adeje and Plaza del Duque. The Villa itself is very spacious inside, with several lovely outdoor seating and lounging areas available. We had a slight issue with initial check in at the Villa but it was resolved by the host Elana and quickly forgotten once we began our fabulous holiday. "

Das Haus und das Grundstück hätte auch wirklich viel Potenzial, um was wirklich schönes draus zu machen. Kritik: Das Wasser vom Pool war nicht klar, sondern sehr trüb. Das Haus war auch nicht sauber geputzt. Und den Betten war es sehr dreckig. Die Toiletten wurden nicht gereinigt. Der Spiegel im Badezimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt, im Abflussventil waren Haare, die Küche sollte...

"We stay in Bischosfshofen on a yearly basis, to date this is the largest pool we have come across. On arrival a good selection of drinks for all ages were left for us which beats past experiences. The villa is set up for small children with stair gates in place. We had a few small issues, these were dealt with swiftly. Management team were pleasant to deal with. Great location for local restaurants and a short walk to the beach, the area never fails to reach our expectations! Thanks Top Kaneran"

"Our stay was very nice. The accomodation included everything we needed ( kitchen eqipment, outdoor seatings, washing machine etc) for a comfortable stay. Supermarkets, petrol stations etc were only 10 min away. Both, hiking spots as well as tourist areas such as Los Christianos, Los Gigantes were easy to reach. WLAN was good and strong and we could easily stream Netflix and Prime with our laptop in the evening since there was only Spanish TV available. The views ( sea and eventually La Gomera...

"We have stayed at this development before so were familiar with it's great location and this apartment was fantastic. Lots of space both inside and on the terrace, well equiped and very clean. It is located next to the pool and also the bar but this shuts at 9pm and we didn't hear any noise of an evening, even on xmas eve and xmas day. The only thing which could be a problem for some groups is that 1 of the bedrooms (and a bathroom) which located downstairs doesn't have a door between them and...

"Villa was in a perfect location. It was clean but it needs updating. The furniture in the bedroom looked a bit tired. The shelving in the shower is coming off the wall. The kitchen was well equipped but there was absolutely nothing in the way of condiments or cleaning products.which is unusual when staying in villas. "

Amazing 5 day break

"All staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They couldn't do enough for you, which makes your stay much more relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless you cannot fault it. The rooms were spacious and bright. Cleaned daily with changed towels. All the Pools were amazing. The restaurant had a large choice of lovely food, it was also spacious and clean. The walk down to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops was less a than 10 minute walk. We had a late flight home and check out is 12pm, we managed to keep our room until later on in the day which was at a reasonable cost of 35 euros. Public transport great the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Taxi to the hotel from the airport when we arrived was around 30 euros. Same amount going back on day of departure. We loved every minute of our stay there and we will definitely be back."

"Great relaxed hotel that serve breakfast until 11:30. Yoga and Pilates most days and Racquel was a great yoga teacher. Staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Free water fountains (you can also buy a reusable water bottle from the hotel) and a well equipped gym meant that we had an excellent week in the sun. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to eat in the hotel."

"Fabulous hotel.Have stayed here several times & will be staying again. Lots of restaurants great entertainment especially the piano bar. Goergeous complex with beautiful surroundings & has a gate leading you straight on to the beach.staff are fantastic nothing too much trouble. Stay here and you wont be disappointed."
