"We had a fantastic stay at this H10 hotel, especially as a family with kids. The hotel was super child-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The buffet was amazing—great variety and high quality—and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The only downside was the kids’ club, which lacked a good toy assortment. Some toys were either broken or not very clean, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard. That said, the staff there were absolutely lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and would still highly recommend it for families!"

"Great location in centre of Adeje area. Modern, impressive 5 star hotel. Mainly suitable for families. However there were sufficient pool & sunbathing areas for ‘ Adults only’. Staff were friendly & attentive & place was well managed. "

"Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "
