"The condo is very neat and cute and the location is great, easy access to everything via car. Communication with the host was great, she answered my questions very quickly. We arrived very late at night and getting access was simple. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick meal prep and grocery stores are close by. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, and you have to walk through one to get to the other so it’s not super private. Not a problem for us. The pull out couch downstairs is super...

"Stayed during Hurricane Milton. The building is very sturdy and never lost power. Gloria communicates very well and the location is very nice & convenient. "

"Everything was great, spacious clean condo. We only stayed one night on the way to the airport. The only complains are that there was no coffee or tea. There was a coffee machine, but the only thing we found was Folgers instant coffee that we decided to avoid."

"Comfortable property in a nice neighborhood. Clean, all the conveniences. Host was most hospitable. For us, location was great — we were at a golf event in East Orlando. About 10 minutes to a wide range of great restaurants."

"We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent...

"The house is spacious and clean. Well stocked. Great location. I would definitely rent it again. It would be helpful to have directions on how to operate air conditioner. Also, there are plenty of tvs but we couldn’t figure out what is available—cable? Netflix? I logged into my Hulu so we could watch tv. Everything else was great!"

"We could not have had a better, easier experience with our super busy mega-con weekend. The drive to the convention center was super short, we even walked a few days. Have a full functional house with pool and full kitchen was a game changer for me with our kids. Lovely messages sent and very easy for check in and check out!"

"Plenty reasonable for the price. Clean, neat and everything worked. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles. One of the bathrooms can only be accessed through a bedroom, but wasn't a problem for my crew. Communications with property manager were friendly, responsive and on point. If you get the chance to meet the next door neighbor Robert, who oversees the property, you'll agree he is a delightful human being. "

Loved the TV right above the foot of the bed, the firepit, waking up to the cute sounds of chickens softly clucking… was just so relaxing being there, and we are already talking about coming back sometime!Thank-you for a wonderful stay!"

"Room was clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Good price. Breakfast was fantastic and waiters pleasant. Sit down breakfast with nice amount of breakfast items to choose from. I had a ham and cheese omlet, bacon, fresh fruit, and a large orage juice. I did not like that the water and ice machine was broken on every floor except for 5th floor. The matress was not the most comfortable. The air-conditioner was extremely loud. I would stay here again."
