The condo location is conveniently located to parking/stairs which is super helped for unpacking and packing purposes and short a 2-3 minute walk to the pool. "In general, we enjoyed our stay as the condo was clean and comfortable. Only 15 minutes to Universal Studios which was great!! Our only complaints: (1) Internet speed was absolutely horrible - worse than dial. up. When I tried to get support, I was told to reboot the router, which did not make a difference. A speedtest showed 1 MB/s. (2) The gym was horrible - tiny room, no airflow, and the treadmill wasn't even working."

The floors and showers could have been much cleaner. There was more debris there than there should’ve been after a cleaning crew comes through to clean a property. "
