"I love the look and feel of the Paper Collective, which is cool and fun. I didn't love that the pillows offer not head support (and when I asked for more pillows, it had to be multiple times), the smallness of the shower that caused flooding all the time, or the rudeness of the front desk staff. I will say the maintenance and housekeeping staff were gems -- friendly, attentive, and overall wonderful. The bar or restaurant was never open, so I can't weigh in on that. The coffeemaker in our room...

"The coffee machine was broken. Also the view that we paid extra for, with the view of the bridge felt like a scam. But overall it was a nice hotel. "

"They canceled in December so they were remodeling side of scramble for a new hotel I’ll be sure not to stay at that one at all I’m glad I hadn’t paid for the room I had a time probably would’ve lost my money"

"The staff were very friendly and the bar food was really good. We were able to take shuttle back to airport and be drop off right at the terminal. They couldn’t pick us up from the terminal because it’s against the rules. It’s convenient and clean. "
