"The inly negative is the location. Just outside of all the towns ina residential area. Not necessarily bad thing but if you get back ti the hotel after a long day the hotel bar/restaurant is your only choice. The spa was a nice treat in the evenings. Clean and good choice of options. Steam room, different types of saunas, pool, etc. there is also a gym but i didnt utilize that. The view of the water and across to the Conwy Castle is great. Rooms comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast had the plenty of options to meet everyones needs. "

"Had an amazing stay the staff are super friendly and helpful the hotel is gorgeous its clean and spacious. We stsy in the rooms with sea views and wow luckily the hotel is in an ideal location for the Pier, buses and tram stops are a very short walk and the stunning views you see from your window from sunrise to sunset always beautiful sights. The breakfast is delicious lots to choose from and hot food freshly made as you choose it. Would highly recommended a visit here im sure you wont be dissapointed. "

"My room was clean however the paint was flaking off above the shower and on the bathroom window. More of a matinence thing than cleanliness but I deducted a star for this. Cobweb in bathroom window, and fibres on the carpet that stuck to some velcro. The distance from the bed to the nearest 2 sockets was a bit of a issue I need to wear a CPAP therapy machine. There was no sweetener in the tea and coffee facilities in my room, however there was at breakfast I don't know if this was just an oversight or if they don't routinely put them in the rooms. Breakfast was good with a good range of Gluten free food including GF cereal, GF bread and dairy free milk. Cooked breakfast also available the way they serve their jam leaves it open to cross contamination from people touching their bread with the spoon. I would suggest little tubs?"
