Lovely hotel with quirky layout. A bit away from town so unless you are happy to walk or drive, dining options limited. That said breakfast and evening food very good. Staff friendly. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Very nice,quiet spacious room. Plenty of choice for breakfast, catering for the main dietary requirements. Staff friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone planning a stay in the area.Parking is free and on site.

Clean room with comfortable great breakfast. The only minor downside was the TV was tiny (19inches) must have been 20 years old. Cant really watch from bed. An upgrade is well overdue

Very nice hotel located on the Bangor University. Rooms are large and clean. Bed very comfortable. Onsite restaurant isn't fancy, however the food is good. Breakfast included.

You have to lift your suitcases up many stairs. The lifts do not go to the floor your room is on and there is not a bell bit to help you. Staff were friendly and food was good.

Well located, but far from a 4*
Good location, walking distance to everything you need. Given service a 3/5 because it was dependent on staff on set days, some if which were great, others less attentive than you would like from a 4* establishment. Great views from some of the rooms, nice little bar area with lovely views from outside. Overall, a decent place to stay a few nights but we'd be surprised if this was a 4* if reassessed, felt more like a middle of the road 3*.
