"We stayed here because my husband had a hospital appointment and it was convenient. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant is very good and we enjoyed dining here for the 2 nights of our stay. Fortunately, we were able to get a ground floor room which made things easier for my husband. The room warm but a little datedA good hotel in a lovely position. We would definitely dtsy again. Its much better than a chain hotel "

"I loved this hotel. Its quirky, but in a lovely way. And i was lucky to be upgraded, so i had a suite with a separate shower room and a roll top bath. The selection of wines/drinks/snacks in the room were of good quality, and whilst i did not consume, due to work commitments, i would in the future. The restaurant attached served lovely, locally sourced food at a reasonable price. And the location of the hotel meant you were walking distance into town, and 20 minutes walk from the train...

"A beautiful hotel in a great location. Christmas decorations were lovely too - class! The parking options were very good. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were helpful and welcoming. This is our favourite place to stay in Cheltenham. We will be back!"
