"Fantastic hotel with a very friendly welcome! Extremely comfortable and spacious room with a great choice offered at buffet breakfast. Hotel is very well placed for immediate access to tube, rail, hop on buses and bus stations......all on the doorstep. We were so pleased with our choice. They even stored our luggage as we continued exploring London after checkout. "

"Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge exceeded my expectations. We were treated like VIPs from beginning to end. Got a room upgrade and it sure was a great birthday surprise for me. Everyone from reception to concierge, housekeeping, hotel and restaurant staff were warm and pleasant, and offered excellent service ready with a smile. Walking distance to everything - the tube, tourist sites like The London Eye, Big Ben and Thames River, convenient stores, shopping areas and more. Enjoyed dining at Ichi (sushi place), Joei Brassiere and Primo with great choice menu items and drinks. Also had room service and had a variety of food and drinks to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel. Definitely will stay here when I visit London again. Five stars all the way. "

"Great hotel adjacent to the Tower of London, literally a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the entrance of the Tower of London. Comfortable rooms, easy walking to many local restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. The only negative that I can think of would be the price of the breakfast buffet, at approximately 38 US dollars, was definitely not worth it. Nice place that I would stay at again."

"Great for an overnight airport stay. But even though it’s a short distance from the airport, getting there is challenging as with any Heathrow airport hotel. The airport’s hotel shuttle service only comes every half hour snd services what seems to be all of the major hotels in the area, uber which is much faster can be 30-40 pounds during peak hours. "
