"I love Lotte. I stayed in one of the Suites with club lounge access. The gym, the spa, and pool are wonderful. The men’s sauna and indoor pools are well maintained and cleaned regularly. The club lounge is basically free dinner in the evenings, in case you don’t want to eat out. However, the best part of the lounge was AN, who works there. "It was fantastic for us to have a large space (2 bed apartment) in the middle of our Vietnam trip. The hotel felt a little outdated though and the main bathroom flooded into the hallway and the poor hotel staff was on her hands and knees with me trying to mop up! It felt like the drain in the bathroom was uphill rather than down.... Location was fine for walking but tours would not pick us up due to not being in the old quarter, travellers beware! Local shops meant we could easily access food...
