The rooms were smaller than expected. especially if you have big suitcases there isn't much space for storage. we didn't get a room with a view so it felt claustrophobic. the window was just a wall. which I guess was expected. other wise the room service, facility, food, reception service was great. "I cannot say enough about this lovely hotel. At first I was a little intimidated by the language barrier but the entire staff along with Google translate made communicating fairly easy. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one. This hotel was also a very good value. I highly recommend! "
