"No spa, pool was empty, air conditioning didn’t work in our room so had to move. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. Our door key didn’t work but we had to report it three times before it was fixed. Very tired and run down building eg. A cupboard in the restaurant area had a door held on with sellotape . "Most everything was GREAT. Staff was eager to help, services/amenities were as advertised. In the GOOD/LESS_THAN_GREAT category, I'd add these annoyances: -Speaking English with staff was VERY difficult, -The bed was kind of hard (though that seems to be standard in Vietnam), -The toilet leaked (from the wall, not the bowl)- I notified staff but nothing was done, -The wifi went out on the last night of my stay- I notified staff but nothing was done. "Only one hotel front desk staff is very fluent I'm English but they are all very friendly and helpful. Though I requested for high floors, I was given ground floor. Later, they change it to second floor. They did not clean the room on daily basis. No breakfast or free mineral water. Though there is a sign called no smoking but people smoke in the corridor. The smoking air gets into my room."
