"No spa, pool was empty, air conditioning didn’t work in our room so had to move. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. Our door key didn’t work but we had to report it three times before it was fixed. Very tired and run down building eg. A cupboard in the restaurant area had a door held on with sellotape . "Most everything was GREAT. Staff was eager to help, services/amenities were as advertised. "Only one hotel front desk staff is very fluent I'm English but they are all very friendly and helpful. Though I requested for high floors, I was given ground floor. Later, they change it to second floor. They did not clean the room on daily basis. No breakfast or free mineral water. Though there is a sign called no smoking but people smoke in the corridor. The smoking air gets into my room."

"Pros: Superb room size. Good food. This hotel serves one of the best Salted coffee in Hanoi i have tasted so far. Its location is very near Times City for its parks and mall; it is also near good restos like Maison Sen and Porjai. Cons: our room at rhe 15th floor and even the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, although claimed to be a non-smokiing place. Hotel breakfast foods had a very few variation everyday. "
