"The ground views upon arrival are amazing. I would just inform everyone this property has 3 hotels within its ground. The hard rock, oasis and the guitar when booking you are just shown the available rooms not realizing you are not selecting the hotel you will actually be staying in. We booked this property using Expedia, again when selecting we selected a room with a pool view unaware the grounds had 3 hotels. Our reservation was placed in the hard rock section, when checked in we were greeted friendly, we explained it was our first visit, and was provided with a map and where to eat. Due to the inclement weather the main pools had been closed. I would recommend renting a car not much to do near the hotel everything is far. Regarding the cleanliness I guess on the hard rock part they can up their game. We had an open soap with hair on it and tissue still stuck on the peep hole from the previous guest. Restaurants are amazing, food court also. Overall we would recommend the guitar and oasis side if you plan to stay there. The pools on that side way more amazing and was the best part of our last day. "
