"The unit I stayed in was contemporary and clean. The furnishings were on trend and comfortable. Everything supplied seemed brand new from the dishes, pots and pans to the beach chairs. It has a nice pool and is two blocks to the beach. Great area to walk in, close to shops. I would stay here again. "

"We have throughly enjoyed our time here. The beach is extremely close and easy to access. Pool is right outside the door. Beach chairs were provided we had plenty of towels. Well stocked apartment with comfortable bed and nice kitchenette. We would definitely return to this property. We enjoyed eating local food and visiting shops / pier while staying. "

"Satisfied with our stay however, the cleanliness was not outstanding. The sofa had a bad smell, the linens had blood stains and also had bad odors. No soap was found to wash and we had to bring our own detergent for washing. The place was nice to stay at because the bech is close however, cleanliness can improve. "

"Me and my girlfriend went there for a 3 night getaway. Very Quiet beach. Nice pool that wasn't ever busy. We took Ubers to restaurants and it was never more than $8 for the ride. You can also walk 1.5 miles down the road and get some good ice cream and see local shops/restaurants. I will be back."

"Ester was super helpful and everything was just as mentioned. The pool was literally steps away and the beach about m 40 steps. Super quiet!! "This was such a good & affordable find!! Close to restaurants, the beaches, and riding the circuit was a lifesaver. We would definitely come back! It was very clean. Super minor, but the bedsheet was a size too small for the bed, so anytime you move it pops off the corners of the bed. Otherwise everything else was great!"

"My husband and I visited Lauderdale by the Sea for a few days. The unit it self was clean, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, the property was having the roof fixed so the pool and patio area was a mess with roof stuff in the pool and all over the pool deck. We tried to sit out to enjoy the pool deck but the tar smell was very strong. We ended up spending lots of time away from the property or in our room. "
