Pros: nice quiet neighborhood, walk to beach, stores, restaurants, private backyard, spacious home, good appliances in kitchen, very nice updated bathroom with handheld shower hose. Laundry room was good. Queen bed in bedroom, large closet. Cons: furnace/AC unit in living room was very loud (needs to be sound insulated). Had to wear ear plugs at night. Pullout single sofa bed in living room needs a better mattress. Had to buy a mattress pad to...

"This property was excellent in location, cleanliness and overall charm!! We were on our honeymoon and everything was perfect. We were minutes away from the beach and great restaurants. There was also check-ins from the owner which was great. We had an amazing time!!"
