"Excellent hotel located very conveniently within a mile of the imposing St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansplatz). With lots of amazing dining and shopping options nearby, this hotel is within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The hotel was quiet, clean and safe and the staff were very helpful!"

"Overall a good stay. Pros: -Convenient location walking distance to the old town and close to transit. -Big room with nice layout Cons: -The mattress is not firm, it's HARD. Was like sleeping on the ground -Rooms are not soundproofed whatsoever. Can clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms."

"At first, I thought the hotel was a little sketchy. It has a very small elevator, which you have to take up one floor to reach the reception desk. The "Reception" is just a small office that seems pretty outdated. But the place really grew on me after a couple days. The room was very nice, the beds very comfortable, and it was very quiet despite being in a busy part of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Best of all, the location is outstanding, a block from a tram and subway...

"Excellent spot with main attractions in walking distance. Used as one night oversleep with short visit around the city. We used close by bounce luggage storage, right behind the State opera, while checking out from the appartment, that gave us extra time to visit Hofburg."

"The room was modest but clean, and great beds and pillows. Shower was clean, and lots of hot water. Breakfast was enough to keep going till mid-afternoon. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "
