"I had the best time in Vienna, staying at the Domizil was perfect for my stay. I was welcomed with a very lovely lady, the room was beautiful and spacious. The location was amazing, so close to St Stephen 's Cathedral and many bars, restaurants and shops. "

"Overall a good stay. Pros: -Convenient location walking distance to the old town and close to transit. -Big room with nice layout Cons: -The mattress is not firm, it's HARD. Was like sleeping on the ground -Rooms are not soundproofed whatsoever. Can clearly hear conversations from neighbouring rooms."

"Quiet traditional and cosy pension, fabulously placed 2 minutes from the opera house. Helpful staff. Room very comfortable, clean and warm. Good shower/wifi and there’s a lift for upper floors. Its not a modern hotel with loads of extra facilities but I don’t want /need that. They look after cases after check out and provide tea/coffee in the room. "

"Excellent spot with main attractions in walking distance. Used as one night oversleep with short visit around the city. We used close by bounce luggage storage, right behind the State opera, while checking out from the appartment, that gave us extra time to visit Hofburg."

"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "
