"For the price, it was fine but room was hot for hours and it is small. The bed was FIRM to the point of not being comfortable but again, for the price, bed plus shower plus bad Wi-Fi is enough"

"Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind. "

"The property is quiet and very clean with easy transport around. The problem is that there is no functional elevator to access storeys"

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

"The location is exvellent. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. Getting the key can be an issue when you do not hav3 a phone, as is finding your way. The host met us to exchange keys and information. We have stayed here twice. My only wish would be for better lighting in the stairwell, as it is dark and hard ttp see in the evening..The stairs are uneven, and it is up a number of flights of stairs. "Very good location and staff were always smiling and welcoming. With a young child it would have been helpful to have cleaning slightly more regularly or a brush provided for sweeping as crumbs quickly gathered around the table. One thing which is out of the hotel’s hands but we did notice is that very often coming in and out of the lobby there were people directly outside the door smoking which was not ideal. Overall very pleasant and easy staff, would recommend for short breaks to Vienna"

"Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "
