"We were given an upgrade on arrival and found ourselves in very comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities which extended our options and allowed us to make the most of our stay. We had stayed before in more standard accommodation and found it satisfactory but the additions that the upgrade gave us were excellent. We used the microwave, enjoyed the comfort of a relaxation area with a settee and large screen T,V We will certainly return. The hotel was ideally located for our trip to the Royal Frstival Hall."

We tried to have an early check in, but our room was not ready, and it was still not ready at regular check in hours. We went to the executive lounge for a little while and then we explored the area around the hotel. The location is excellent. "

"This is a great hotel, my first time to London. I booked when I got to the airport, got to the hotel OMG the staff were soooo nice didn’t matter who was on duty they were all very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. Small rooms but it was good enough for me. Considering you will be 10 mins walk from the eye and Big Ben.. buses run in front the hotel on a regular and the tube is just across the street. You can also walk to the war museum. Just a few blocks from the hotel is a street lined with great restaurants..love love this location.amd it’s a safe neighborhoods and they have stores across the st for late night snacking .THANK YOU."

"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were brilliant and really well equipped..we had a kitchette. The facilities were brilliant, the breakfast was great, good selection and tea / coffees were available at all times. Plus the dining room in the evenings for a chat and play games, a selection was provided, along with books.. It was conveniently positioned, just a short walk from train station, the other side of the park, which had a lit pathway. It was also near Nandos and KFC takeaway. We highly recommend the Staybridge suites! Plus the rooms were available earlier and the check out times later than most other hotels. "
