"I would give this hotel 10/10 if could! It was GREAT place to stay while visiting London. VERY QUIET street, very near bus stop and easy 10 minute walk to the London Eye area of London. Staff was the friendliest I have had at a hotel in a VERY LONG TIME!! Breakfast was great, night time reception (I think 3 nights a week??) was enjoyable. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!!"

"Nice single room, good facilities including free drinks (including beer and cider) in the room. Excellent location, with lots of shops, bars and restaurauants around. Only issue was noise from what i assume was overnight engineering works at the station, but the hotel provided earplugs!"

"We were really impressed with the room - very modern controls, nice bathroom, nice bed. Loved it all except 1. No HDMI access to the TV - had to use Chromecast which isn't as good. 2. Fairly strict 8-8 enforcement of kids..my kids were told to come out of the pool at 8pm so I was in the pool alone until 817 when the next adults came in...if they had let us stay until the next guests came in that would have been better..they did allow us early in the next day. 3. Breakfast was manic but lots of staff and lots of food. "
