"We enjoyed our stay at the park plaza it’s in an excellent location for Big Ben the London eye etc Just a few disappointments one was that there were no usb ports in our room and the conditioner in the bathroom was not sure if empty or just difficult to use"

"We were checked in by Chris who was very welcoming and saw him throughout our stay. He was kind enough to help with trains on check out and even gave us a bottle of water each. The lifts were not working properly. Breakfast was delicious and our room was clean and the bathroom was lovely. "

"The person we checked in with during our evening arrival wasn't welcoming or friendly but the person I spoke with earlier that day on the phone was delightful and Jaan went above and beyond to make sure we were accomodated and had every thing we needed - it was a pleasure meeting him and find a way to clone him 😁"

"Great hotel, good location close to Westminster and central London. We stayed in a suite which was furnished to a high standard. The executive breakfast was superb, a range of food options on the buffet, a spacious area and great views from the 12th floor to enjoy! Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back soon."
