Had to ring someone in Pakistan just to let them know that I had booked who then passed me on to some third party management company who then also had no idea of our booking. Then received emails to check to some different property after our check out time. "

"The property is nice but it was not cleaned properly. There are a lot of items left by the owner in the property like slippers, jackets etc. Also there is zero communication by the owner/manager of the property. Cannot make the TV work, have to figure out the washing machine, don't know where the bins are etc. The area appears unsafe expecialy at night."

"Rummeligt, meget rent og skønt hus, ikke langt fra nær-indkøb og busstop. Klassisk engelsk stil i mange etager, flot renoveret. Veludstyret køkken/alrum, super fine sove- og badeværelser. TV-stue i underetagen. Alt fungerer fint. Kommunikationen var lidt anderledes end normalt, i forhold til indtjekning, fremsendelse af ID, og et depositum som ikke var synligt ved booking. Huset er tilknyttet en service-central, som bistår ved spørgsmål. Vi var 3 generationer afsted, yngste var 8 måneder, og...
