"Nice and clean "

"I thought the hotel was perfect, from check-in to check-out. The only thing that concerned me was the lack of life guards on duty around the pools. My friends and I were lucky enough to have stayed in the River Island section of the hotel. We had walking distance access to the pool and lazy river, which were fabulous. However, what I did not understand was the amount of groups standing in the lazy river playing football? They would be throwing the football over adults, children, and babies. One ball hit me in the face, it hurt, imagine if that had been a baby. I was surprised this was allowed to happen, and the lack of life guards monitoring who should have stopped this. I would suggest the hotel address this issue before an accident occurs."

"Great three night stay. My daughter loved the water park. Walkable hotel with plenty of food options on sight. Room was clean, with prompt service from housekeeping."

"It was quite close to everything a bit outdated however still nice. Definitely didn’t like the room entrance set up! You let yourself in to a foyer that has 2 adjacent rooms "
