"I would recommend this property! Just be sure you townhome is not on the side close to Old Town. The townhouse was great and could easily have held 8. We were 6. But they definitely need attention. The carpet on the stairs and in the rooms is absolutely awful and must be replaced. The dryer vent was leaking into the house so the washer/dryer cabinet was filled with lint and hot moist air when you ran it. The a/c vent on the stairwell was so dusty and needed a good scrubbing. "Units are in desperate need of updating. Mirrors, faucets, dishes, sofas, tvs. Worn and in bad shape. Tv in living area only 24”- way too small for a family. Booked king bed but had queen. Kitchen not fully stocked with cookware/ spatulas. Needs some TLC. 2 units - daughters unit had similar issues and had unacceptable cookware and dishwasher which were replaced. That unit needs some help also. "
