"This is a nice place. The floor now has laminate instead of carpeting. For most people that is a plus. But for us, it made it a little hard for our elderly doggie to walk around without slipping. If your dog is not ambulation hindered, it's perfect. No steps. Elevator worked fine. Trash is picked up everyday which is great. "The location was great. 5 miles from pretty much anything Disney related. Clean and safe complex. As far as the accommodations, the rating would go from good to excellent with just few minor upgrades in the condo. The bath towels are thin, small, and cheap. Investing in some nice towels would improve the feel. Also, there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the place, which were also thin and cheap (we ran out on the last day). "The resort is so close to Disney- we could leave Magic Kingdom and be pulling in the parking lot about 13 minutes later. Amazing to also have a Walmart and Publix so close to get necessities/groceries. We had a few small issues but nothing that affected our vacation. Note: pool is not heated so it was chilly! "My friends and I had all loved the Vrbo listing here in Orlando. It was easy to get into and the space accomodated all of our needs for our large group. The place was clean, very spacious which helped us all get ready faster when it came to having to go out. The host and cohost were both very nice and helpful with information. If I'm back in the Orlando area, I'll be looking into booking with them again. "

"In general, we enjoyed our stay as the condo was clean and comfortable. Only 15 minutes to Universal Studios which was great!! Our only complaints: (1) Internet speed was absolutely horrible - worse than dial. up. When I tried to get support, I was told to reboot the router, which did not make a difference. A speedtest showed 1 MB/s. (2) The gym was horrible - tiny room, no airflow, and the treadmill wasn't even working."
