Great host who was in contact with us to check if we needed anything. Street parking and a small parking spot behind the house makes this a plus. Highly recommend if you want to stay near downtown HB."

"This property is roomy and comfortable. The roof deck is a wonderful space.It's not handicapped accessible; It's 42 stairs from the street to the front door and then two flights up to the roof. The parking is ok for short vehicles, but a Suberban would not fit."

"Judy welcomed us in person with full access to patio, bikes, kayaks & Duffy Boat… and birthday cupcakes for my husband. Accommodations are excellent & the Duffy boat scenic cruising throughout Balboa was a high point. You can park the Duffy in public areas & many shopping districts have free boat parking as well. Judy baked my husband a bday cake on day 2 - never have had a more hospitable & friendly host experience. Walking distance to restaurants, shops & beaches. There is so much to do,...

"Unfortunately, we only had a few days to enjoy this cute little bungalow. Most of our time was spent doing parent events at our son’s college, but we were able to enjoy the beach for a couple of hours for a couple of days. The location to the beach is fantastic, and bikes and chairs are provided. We didn’t have time to use the bikes, but we totally would have appreciated that amenity if time allowed. "The Seaview Cottage was everything I hoped it would be! The neighborhood was nice. You can see the ocean from the patio! It is a short walk down to the ocean! You could hear the seagulls, It was peaceful! We were late getting there after we called. It was raining hard and we were delayed because of traffic. "My husband and I stayed with our 2 daughters and their husbands over the holiday. We also had one 16 month granddaughter with us. The extra room for her to sleep was great. A relative got us a pack n play, high chair, and toys from a rental company which worked out perfectly. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The negatives were the cleanliness of the kitchen. Also when we arrived the floors had just been mopped yet our socks turned grey from the floor the 1st day. There was only 1 towel per person...
