"If you want a simple place close to the beach this is it. The property had some construction next door that started early. There was some work materials in our courtyard and you could hear people upstairs. Overall, did the job!"

"Very awkward key situation. I suggest a better system for providing the key, versus mailing it in an envelope that can rip open and let the key fall out. The key lock box in the garage is hard to see and the keys do not fit well into it. "

"This house is wonderfully set up to host families with all the bells and whistles. They had a play pen and high chair for the baby we had and lots of beach toys available. We even met the owner who was wonderful! They had plenty of supplies and check in/check out were very easy. Highly recommend! This was our 3rd year staying at this property for our summer vacation and we will keep coming back :)"

"We have stayed in Newport beach on a number of occasions and found Joan and Joe's property to be the most comfortable with the best location; especially for a family of 4. Close enough to hear the surf at night but far enough away to not hear the cars and surfers at the pier. Joe was quick respond when I had a question. We loved the front porch and umbrellas and the convenience of a two car garage. We look forward to another stay in 2026."

"My family enjoyed all the space to spread out and this particular property was beautifully decorated. Many thick towels which we appreciated. Actually chose this property for the reclining chair that was used for sleeping nightly and for the close location to Dana Pt harbor and PCH. No regrets!"
