"This condo worked ok for our family, the best thing about it is the walkable access to the beach...it only took us about 10 minutes with 2 small kiddos but you do go down many flights of steep stairs so you cannot pull a wagon or bring much down with you other than what you can carry on your back. The beach is absolutely beautiful, hardly any people, very clean, we had so much fun. The condo it's self needs some love, the upstairs carpet is so gross - very badly stained it kind of gives ya the...

"Wonderful stay at this Newport Condo. Steps from the beach and restaurants. Most the time the kids and I walked to the sand barefoot. Had everything needed for a family of 5+. Great playground a 5 minute walk away and a grocery store less than a mile down the road. Will stay again! "

"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "
