"This property was a perfect setup for our group. Felt safe in neighborhood, check in was easy, stocked with basic necessities. Quick drive to Disneyland and close to groceries and quick restaurants. Would stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay here! Great location! We went to Disneyland and was only about 10 min drive. Everything was great. Only thing is the pool heater didn't work (the hot tub did though!). The girl bedroom beds were really squeaky and the master bed was a tad uncomfortable due to it being sunken in one one side. Overall, great place to stay! "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Fontana house. The house was great. Very spacious and comfortable. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room to comfortably enjoy the house.The kitchen is large with a big island and large dining table truly embracing the heart of the house. It was a great area to gather for meals. Right off the kitchen is a beautiful backyard with a nice pool, grill, basketball hoop. and sitting area another great place we often gathered and enjoyed during our two week...

"Overall this was ok. We arrived at 3am and the door code didn’t work, so we ended up staying at a hotel because I couldn’t get in touch with the owner. Not a great way to start off our stay. I’m pretty picky and the pictures made the place look a bit nicer than it was. The bathroom lights were on a sensor and the one light kept turning on, all night long. Couldn’t figure out why. The bath fans were also on a moisture sensor and you couldn’t turn them on as needed, plus they were pretty dirty....

"This unit had ample space for 2 people and could definitely hold more, plenty of spaces to work remotely and the neighborhood is idyllic with lush trees and birds. We needed to wash some dishes before using them but that was likely due to the previous guests. Overall, James was a phenomenal host and I'd definitely book again"

"Spacious. Plenty of bathrooms. Gates and security helped to feel safe in not the best neighborhood."

"While you may share the upstairs bathroom with another guest, the place is absolutely spotless. You can use the fridge and anything else. If you are renting a car, I do suggest a narrower one for the smaller space in the garage. Other than that you have a clean, friendly and safe place to stay. Communication was very good, and I had no trouble during my time there. It is also convenient to public transit."

"We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The house was spotless and has been freshly remodeled, making it feel modern and inviting. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience seamless. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind after a long day, located in a quiet neighborhood that added to the peaceful atmosphere. Being just fifteen minutes from Disney was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy stay!"

"This place was conveniently located for Claremont Colleges visits and we were comfortable. "

"We were one of the first to rent this house and found it very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 people that each got their own bedroom and queen or king bed. The layout is great for having your own bedroom, but lots of open space to gather as well. The kitchen, DR & LR form a great room with access to a patio and nice little backyard. The best part was that Jing (owner) was very responsive to any requests that we had and was a delightfully cheerful host. "

"This was an absolutely amazing stay for us. The house is perfect. Especially the backyard with the plumbed fire pit which does not run out. You can sit out there with your friends and chat for long time and enjoy. Clean, safe, great neighborhood. Love the banana trees in the backyard."

"we had two families blended together for a weekend getaway, and the space couldn’t have been better. Every room provided great privacy and space for each member there, and the living spaces, inside and out, or perfect for our large gatherings. Communication with the property manager was excellent and everything was as expected or hoped for. The kitchen had many things to use, and we never felt like we were missing anything."
